Revolting 24
This episode is about the good news that Stevil no longer looks like a gorilla. Also, the guys talk about what the rules are and how closely or not you should follow them. You should always pick up after your dog though. That’s not even up for debate.

I always thought “The Rules” were hilarious. However like every good joke they contain some kernels of truth. No matter how much either of you (who’s Mulder and who’s Scully?) or anyone else says they are not concerned with their personal esthetics, function over form or whatever you will adhere to many of these “rules”. As to water bottles vs hydration packs, I would say that while hydration packs might be somewhat more convenient not having anything on your back is hard to beat. Most of the mountain biking world has moved in this direction over the last ten years as well. I will not own a mountain bike any longer that I cannot run a water bottle within the front triangle. Most of my rides are under two hours and a single bottle is plenty for me. Tools are kept on the bike and I have snacks/keys/phone in my shorts pockets. Beyond that the original Bontrager Rapid pack is my go to. I have a “pack-yr-life” in it EVOC FR pack, but have maybe worn it 5x in the last 8 years. The truth is out there.
@dr sweets – The older I get, the less convinced I am that the truth is out there. I believe everything you said here, and I also recognize the irony in these two statements.
