We tend to think about right saddle/wrong saddle, but like the cleats on our shoes or our bar height, just getting what we’ve got adjusted properly can make a huge difference.
Katie Kookaburra, who made the video, is also well worth a follow. She has big adventures. She tries hard, and she’s real relatable. This is a great watch for anyone with saddle discomfort, especially women, whose saddle-related pain is now, finally being addressed more openly and actively.
