Is This Good? This week we’re doing something different and hopefully upsetting. We’re going to talk about whether things that everybody seems to like are actually good or just products of a mass hysteria, the sort of feeling that leads to the Salem Witch Trials or the spread of casual fascism.
Music pick of the week:
Robot – Che Arthur – Describe This Present Moment
Stevil – Twenty-One Children – After the Storm

Mostly on point. Radiohead has some bangers (Electioneering, Just, There-There, Pyramid Song) in fact, but almost killed everything with Creep out of the gate. MCU: 1st Ironman, Dr Strange, Thor:Love and Thunder, Guardians of the Galaxy (even though Chris Pratt is a prat) all killer and maybe Antman; don’t really care about the rest of it. U2 sucks and basically has since Boy. Metallica gets a pass even though I stopped listening to them after Ride the Lightening and the 1st Garage Days EP. REM, sure good guys; I was done after Fables. Otherwise, everything popular is wrong.
