Patria and her husband, Rob, wrapped up the Thanksgiving weekend with a many-hour city adventure ride that took them all over Boston on fat bikes, plus they floated over the rocky and sandy beaches of Boston under the perfect Full Moon set against a cloudless sky.

With Thanksgiving out of the way we can focus on the rest of the holidays, right? Well, it’s Cyber Monday and there are companies running some pretty terrific deals today. Even if you aren’t seeing this until later in the week, we’ve decided to put together a Christmas Wish List, but made up of things we wish someone would have given us.

Some are products, but not all are, and there’s stuff for any budget. From wheels to shorts to getaways, we’ve got a rider’s needs covered.

Padraig and Patria

The Paceline is hosted by Patrick Brady and Patria Vandermark.

Patria is the co-owner and manager of two Boston-area bike shops, Ride Studio and Ride Headquarters. The Colorado native raced at an elite level before chucking it all to go to the land of her forebears. She moved to Italy, learned the language and then began leading bike tours for American visitors. At CU Boulder she earned a degree in mechanical engineering; she says working on bikes is both more fulfilling and more fun.
