A better bike fit doesn’t just improve comfort. It transforms how your bike handles.
— Patrick Brady

I’ve worn many hats in the bike industry, but fitting riders to their bikes is one of the most satisfying roles I’ve ever had—second only to writing about cycling.
Why? Because it’s personal. One rider. One bike. One clear mission:
Make the bike fit the rider—not the other way around.
After more than three decades of fitting cyclists, there’s one phrase I still love hearing at the end of a session:
“Oh wow… that feels so much better.”
Where
Rather than asking you to bring your bike to me, I come to you. Working in your own space — your garage, your backyard, your living room — means your bike is in its natural environment and you’re in yours. I serve the Bay Area and the greater Seattle area.

What Changes
A great bike fit does far more than eliminate discomfort. When a bike is properly aligned with your body, riders almost always experience a cascade of benefits:
- More comfort
- More power
- Better aerodynamics
- Smoother, more confident handling
For riders who want to go faster without buying new wheels, I offer AiRO aerodynamic fittings — a CFD-based system that creates a virtual model of you on your bike and tests position changes in a simulated wind tunnel. The average rider sees a 26-watt improvement. I’m one of roughly 50 certified AiRO fitters in the world.
The moment when a rider first feels the difference is always satisfying. But my favorite moment usually comes weeks later, when they tell me something unexpected:
“My bike handles better now.”
It’s a hidden bonus—like discovering an Easter egg in a game you thought you’d already mastered.
Together, we’ll turn your bike into a seamless extension of your body.
